Rules for Purchasing
1. All products are pre ordered unless stated otherwise. We need full payment before ordering your items. Payment must be made before the batch end date.
2. You may cancel your order if you have not paid. If you cancel your order while your payment is with us, you will have to pay $5 for every pair of lenses you pre ordered. If requesting for a refund for items that are not lenses, you will have to pay half the value of the items you purchased.
3. No refunds will be given out. Some instances where we will give refunds are when your items are not in stock with our supplier/manufacturer, we ordered the wrong items, or if your goods are damaged BEFORE we have shipped/delivered them.
4. We allow for stock swaps. This means if you do not want your products, you can switch them with something of the same value. We will not allow for stock swaps for special/custom orders. This means if your lenses come with prescription, or your item is specially engraved or tailored, we will not allow for stock swaps. We do not allow swaps if your products are opened and/or used.
5. If you have been blacklisted while your order is being processed, you will not receive your goods unless you pay a $5 fee for your entire order.
6. If you have sent in an order for prescription lenses that originally don't come with prescription, we will contact you to change your order. However, if you do not reply before the batch end date, we will have to move your order to the next batch. No refunds will be given if this occurs.
7. Any slanderous messages and spamming will result in blacklisting.
8. Patience is a must when pre ordering! Pre ordered items may take longer than usual to arrive because of customs retention, prolonged manufacturing of the items, shipping delays, etc.
9. In regards to purchasing lenses, we can only assume that the lenses you purchase are of correct prescription. Although most of the lenses sold in this website are for cosmetic uses, they are also medical devices that must be worn under the prescription, direction and supervision of an optometrist. It is imperative that you consult your eye doctor to check your prescription and verify if your eyes are suitable for contact lenses.
